The diploma thesis is based on a project of medical centre in Vizovice. The medical centre is designed as a three-floor building with a receding top floor. Building foundations are designed from foundation pads and strips from reinforced concrete, the load-bearing masonry is designed from hollow clay blocks ZELUS, a reinforced concrete ceiling is designed as a bracing element. The medical centre is roofed by a flat roof with a PVC covering. This thesis deals with the budget and time plan of the whole construction, transport accessibility of the building, building maintenance instructions and maintenance costs for 25 years, daylighting of room number 1.32, an engineering report of construction site equipment and its drawing, a design of lifting mechanism of the site equipment, a plan for transport of concrete and concreting the floor slabs. The thesis is mainly focused on roofing of the medical centre, technological regulation for the roofing and reinforced concrete floor slabs is elaborated, as well as a control and test plan for the floor slabs from the reinforced concrete and for the roof PVC foil.

This master´s thesis deals with a draft of a health centre building in Chlumec nad Cidlinou. The centre is situated on a corner building site with barrier-free access near the city centre. The building is designed with simple functional lines ground on foundation strips with flat green roof. The perimeter walls, internal load-bearing and shear walls are from vertically perforated T&G block bricks. Internal non-load-bearing prefab walls are coated with plasterboard. Ceiling constructions and an attic are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building envelope is insulated with mineral wool. Most of the perimeter walls are coated with breathable facade made of lacquered galvanized lamellas and minor part of walls is compositely insulated and plastered with a scratched facade plaster. The health centre building is notionally divided into two masses with a three-storey west part and two-storey east part of the building. Both parts are mutually connected by vertical communication space with elevator looped by counter clockwise three-flight staircase. Ambulant health care will be provided in total 9 consulting rooms, 3 ambulant care offices and private clinic with 3 consulting rooms. Independent business of the commercial area and café provide the additional function. The master´s thesis also includes assessments in terms of fire risk, energy saving and heat protection, acoustics and vibrations, lighting and sunlight.

In my diploma thesis I drafted a layout of a medical facility of emergency care in the town Kravaře. I focus on a choice of an appropriate structural design and processing of the design documentation for the construction in accordance with the laws, bylaws and the technical standard. The building is a standalone three stories building without cellar and with a flat roof. There are 16 medical units, a pharmacy and an optician. The construction is based on reinforced concrete foundation slab and walled with sand-lime blocks. The ceiling is constructed from cast-in-place reinforced slab. The façade is made of combination of ventilated façade with fibre-cement board paneling, insulation system and a glazed area with sunscreen. The construction is roofed with a warm flat roof. The openings in the external walls are designed as aluminum infills.
Health Care Centre

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for construction of a health centre in Šlapanice. The proposed building is situated on parcels no. 1906/1, 1906/11 and 1906/13. The parcels are part of the cadastral city Šlapanice. The terrain is flat. There are all necessary underground utilities nearby. The object is functionally divided into two parts and has a rectangular plan. The first part consists of a medical centre with a capacity of 19 specialized surgeries. The second part consists of a pharmacy for the general public. The building is designed of the brick construction system with a monolithic reinforced concrete columns and a reinforced concrete continuous slab. The largest footprint building is 66.75 x 18.75 meters. The cladding is designed in aluminium and glass facades with a total thickness of 250 mm. Roofing of the building's entire surface of a flat roof with a waterproofing layer at a gradient of 3% with multiple height levels. The structure of flat roofs is designed as a flat roof with a stabilizing layer of washed river gravel or vegetation roof. Foundation of a building is a combination of foundation footings and foundation passports. The pharmacy part is designed as a single-storey building and the health centre is designed as a partial basement building with three floors.
The Effect of Thermal Insulation of the Health Centre on the Operation-Related Expenses
Bojko, Tomáš ; Klika, Pavel (referee) ; Čech, Josef (advisor)
These thesis deal with assessment influence thermal insulation of the health care in Jablunkov on outlay connected with operation. The first part is dedicated to demands of energy buildings in general, legislation and basic requirements on evaluation of energy performance of buildings. Afterwards there are described individual species of thermal insulation materials including different ways of thermal insulation of constructions. Then there are described methods of budgeting and economic evaluation of investment. The second part of these thesis deal with design of several variants of thermal insulation of the health care. On the basis of proposals of thermal insulation are then stated variations in expense for management of the health care without thermal insulation of perimeter structure and on the other side with the thermal insulation variants. At the end of thesis there are evaluated all proposed variants of thermal insulation in terms of economic returns if own financial resources and credit are used.

Health Center

The subject of this master´s thesis is the preparation of selected parts of the project documentation for the construction of the health centre. The building is designed as nearly zero energy building. The aim is to design a suitable layout that meets the requirements for the operation of a small-scale health centre without an inpatient area. It is also necessary to select a suitable structural and material solution. The building is situated in a gap in an existing terraced development on a flat site. The building consists of three floors above ground and one underground floor. The foundation of the building is made up of plain and reinforced concrete foundations in combination with reinforced concrete footings in place of columns. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of therm ceramic blocks, which are supplemented by reinforced concrete columns inside the layout. In the case of the perimeter masonry, the construction is supplemented by a contact insulation system and a ventilated facade with cladding made of metal cassettes. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. Flat vegetated roofs are designed over the lower parts of the building. The uppermost roof plane is designed as a double-skin roof with a stacked concrete tile covering. In the basement area of the building there is a technical background, while it is possible to further subdivide these spaces and use part of them as a warehouse or filing cabinet. On the first floor there are 3 commercial premises usable for example as a pharmacy, optics and beauty salon. On the second floor there are a total of 5 surgeries with a common waiting room and 1 dispensary. There is also 1 commercial space usable as a massage studio. On the third floor there are 2 dental surgeries with a common X-ray room and one dental hygiene surgery. The layout of all floors also includes sanitary facilities divided for staff and visitors. The thesis includes an assessment of the proposed building in terms of building physics (thermal technology, acoustics and daylighting) and fire safety.
Medical centre

The subject of the master´s thesis is a new medical centre with nearly zero energy consumption and the processing of the design documentations for this building construction. The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a three floors, located on almost flat terrain. On the first floor there are two surgery, facilities for staff, warehouses and technical facilities of the building. There are also two commercial premises - a pharmacy and a cafe. On the second floor there are five surgery, facilities for staff and technical facilities of the building. On the third floor there are five surgery, laboratory, facilities for staff and technical facilities of the building. In front of building and behind of building there is a large parking lot, the medical centre is a barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The perimeter masonry and internal load-bearing masonry is designed from vertically perforated brick blocks with P+D. The internal non-load-bearing masonry is made of vertically perforated brick blocks with P+D and assembled pre-walls from SDK. The horizontal structures are prefamonolitic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. Part of the ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The building is based on concrete founfation passes and covered with a single-layer flat roof.
